I am an entrepreneurial visual content creator and team builder with dual Italian and American citizenship. In my 18 years in the content creation and consulting field I have built the skills to tell stories the way they deserve to be told, agnostic of tool. I have been able to cast a creative vision to clients that sells with the ability to make that vision happen through effective team management and executive creative direction. My creative instincts were forged in the crucible of video and photography creation, making videos for Atlanta Hip-Hop artists such as Lil-Wayne, Lecrae, Sho Baraka, Rasheeda, TI, and others while also working as a part of larger teams for commercial and television creative work with Cooking Channel, BET, A&E and more.

In 2014 after achieving a measure of success and building a strong portfolio as a Director of Photography and Director I leaned into my collaborative instincts and began to build a creative agency that put content first. Over the next six years we built something very special. At Story First we attracted top creatives and producers, building a robust creative culture and expanding the scope and the quality of our creative work. We became the premier boutique agency in the cause based video space in our market. Traveling to extensive domestic destinations and over 30 countries from our launchpad in Atlanta, GA we created visual content for a mixture of large non profits and corporate brands with a cause. Throughout this time I served as the president of the organization, developing nearly all of our business, leading company governance and growth, and maintaining a high level of connection to our creative output in the video, animation, photography, design, and VR space. 

 

In 2020 after growing to over 10 full time employees, a network of nearly a hundred collaborators, and seven figure revenues our team made the decision to partner through acquisition with an agency called Look Listen to build out their content creation studio in house, combining their clients and processes and our talent and expertise. This experience was a formidable challenge with the pandemic and the transition from being a full time entrepreneur, however I was able to gain valuable insights into the inner workings of corporate life and gain a higher level of managerial and creative leadership skills leading our team while executive producing and directing projects for major corporations in the financial, food service, and sports industries such as Equifax, NASCR, and Chick-fil-A. While at Look Listen I led the organization to a 125% increase in revenue and built structures and client relationships that are still in place years after I left.

In 2023 I made the decision to continue my career in context of strategy and content consulting. Joining the team at LOCAL as their Creative Director and Studio Lead while also rebuilding my own production company, Relato. Working with major corporations such as Capital One, Chick-fil-A and Southwest Airlines I have continued to build my award winning portfolio and lead creative teams. Working in change marketing has allowed me to add another layer to my skills as I grow deeper into a consultative role with the clients I work with in a quality over quantity capacity.
